National Financial Institution Leader

This role offers the opportunity to drive growth by ensuring consistent and high-quality performance in retention, acquisition, and service delivery throughout the Financial Institutions portfolio nationally.

  • Develop and implement a business strategy that includes cross-sell initiatives across solution lines.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, lead tender responses and proposals, and contribute to the growth and retention of the FI&P portfolio.
  • Leverage proprietary data and analytics to articulate competitive advantage and drive client acquisition.
  • Drive innovation by anticipating client needs and market dynamics, identifying opportunities for product development and market expansion.
  • Provide expert advice on insurance coverage, claims, emerging risks, and regulatory changes affecting financial sectors.

You will be responsible for leading a high-performing team through coaching, performance management, and career development planning. Manage profit and loss and margin performance, ensuring alignment with financial goals and strategic targets. Lead and support operational changes resulting from restructuring activities, embedding agile practices and modern tools to enhance efficiency.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience within the Financial Lines Insurance market with a distinct focus on risk identification and risk transfer for Financial Institutions clients.
  • Strong technical understanding of a broad range of Financial Lines Insurance products and risk solutions, including PI, D&O, and Crime.
  • An in-depth level of understanding of client profitability.
  • An inclusive leader with demonstrated success in building, leading, and inspiring teams to achieve continued success.
  • Proven experience dealing with senior-level client relationships.
