Senior Brand Manager Role

This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced marketer who wants to take ownership of a key brand and product portfolio. As the Senior Brand Manager, you will lead a team of professionals and be responsible for shaping portfolio strategy, driving new product development (NPD), and ensuring profitability across consumer and trade channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop brand positioning, portfolio architecture, and long-term growth strategy through in-depth market analysis and data-driven insights.
  • Lead innovation and renovation pipelines by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, trade, and research and development.
  • Partner with stakeholders to bring plans to life across retail and channel activation, resulting in increased revenue and customer engagement.
  • Manage financial drivers, including pricing, margin, and mix optimization, to ensure business success.
  • Mentor and support a small team, building capability and pace through coaching and training.
  • Influence a broad stakeholder set across marketing, sales, R&D, and operations, leveraging strong communication and interpersonal skills.

This role requires a seasoned marketer with deep experience across FMCG, consumer goods, or related B2B/consumer sectors. The successful candidate will bring:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in FMCG, consumer goods, or related industries, with a proven track record in NPD, category management, and portfolio growth.
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to link strategy with financial outcomes, driving business results.
  • Confidence in stakeholder management and cross-functional influence, with a collaborative and low-ego style.
