Banyan Software seeks an experienced leader to drive AI-enabled growth, product innovation, and operational scale.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and scaling SaaS applications, with a strong background in modernizing platforms and leading cloud-native transformations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and own the product roadmap, aligning strategy with business goals and anticipating AI disruption.
- Embed AI across engineering and product, applying GenAI to accelerate development and deliver differentiated customer experiences.
- Build and scale high-performing teams, growing and mentoring Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Data functions.
- Engage stakeholders effectively, partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations.
- 10+ years in senior technology and product leadership roles.
- Demonstrated roadmap leadership, able to define and deliver a future-ready roadmap that fosters innovation and creates new revenue opportunities.
- Strong background in security and compliance in regulated environments (ISO 27001, Australian Privacy Act).
