Enterprise Software Sales Executive at Schneider Electric. We are seeking a talented, ambitious sales professional to drive adoption and close new business for our Smart Building software solutions, with a focus on Enterprise customer engagements.

This role is part of an Enterprise Digital Solutions team in Australia.

Key Responsibilities- Drive the promotion and adoption of Digital Building Enterprise Software, including Planon solutions, to key segments and enterprise end‑user customers
- Identify and pursue opportunities within Schneider Electric accounts and new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation
- Develop a sound financial business plan when presenting and closing opportunities
- Develop a strategic plan to grow the business by identifying target customers/segments with the highest growth potential
- Directly manage commercial team and resources; lead sales, commercial, presales and solutions activities with defined targets and outcomes
- Develop 30/60/90‑day action plans and long‑range market strategy for offer growth and competitive positioning
- Engage to craft offerings aligned with customer needs and manage the commercial engagement process
- Experienced in consultative software/digital sales and SaaS models
- Externally client‑focused with strong listening skills and excellent communication abilities
- Motivated, accountable, proactive, and able to adapt in a fast-moving environment
- A self‑starter who can build executive relationships and drive demand to close orders
- 8–12 years' experience in business development, sales or account management selling software/digital/technology solutions
- Strong background selling SaaS/Cloud solutions
- Track record of quota attainment with new customer acquisition and growth in new markets
- Understanding of IWMS and enterprise software landscape; ability to articulate value proposition
- Knowledge of Cloud, IoT/edge, Big Data, Digital Twin, AI, Analytics, and Smart Building technologies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to build rapport and trust
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies and drive growth
- Self‑starter with ambition to engage new/existing clients through the entire sales cycle
