Effective communication is essential in providing high-quality care to our clients. We are seeking a Support Worker who can build strong relationships with Arabic-speaking individuals and deliver compassionate support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans, addressing the unique needs of each client.
- Encourage socialization and engagement in community activities, fostering a sense of belonging and connection among clients.
Requirements:
- Australian Driver's Licence for transporting clients as required.
- Police Check and Working with Children Check for safeguarding vulnerable populations.
- First Aid Certification for responding to emergencies and promoting client safety.
- National Police Certificate for comprehensive background checks.
- Ability to work in Auburn, NSW 2144, with flexibility to accommodate varying schedules and client needs.
