Room Attendant Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Room Attendant. As a key member of our Housekeeping Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort in our guest accommodations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests and concerns
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements and Qualifications:
- 1. Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends, evenings, and Public Holidays
- 2. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleaning standards
- 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 4. Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential
