About the Role

The Retail Technology Engineering domain plays a critical part in the bank's infrastructure, responsible for multiple technology and operations platforms across the retail banking network.

We support core platforms such as the Microservices Platform, which is part of the Modernisation Program. Legacy monoliths are being migrated to this platform as part of our strategic direction.

A strong emphasis is placed on software development as a craft, and the adoption of industry best engineering practices.

You'll be part of the Integration Crew, working within the Microservices Platform squad. Responsibilities include ensuring the stability of the Microservices ecosystem, leading its future roadmap and design, and uplifting our engineering, automation, and DevSecOps journey.
