Job Title

As a senior leader in our Design Capabilities team, you will be responsible for spearheading the development of core APIs and SDKs that power our growing Apps Ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading a high-performing engineering team to build secure, scalable platforms.
  • Designing and delivering foundational capabilities that enable third-party apps to feel native within our platform.
  • Collaborating with product, design, and developer platform teams to shape APIs used by millions.
Requirements:
  • Experience leading high-performing engineering teams in API or platform environments.
  • Confidence in navigating ambiguous product and technical challenges.
  • Strong product instincts and ability to prioritize what matters most.
  • Effective coaching skills and ability to build inclusive, psychologically safe environments.
  • Knowledge of full-stack technologies and comfort level with hands-on work (we use TypeScript frontend and Java backend).

Our APIs and SDKs power a thriving developer ecosystem delivering apps, connectors, and integrations used by millions globally. The Design Capabilities team focuses on enabling deep document-level automation and visual manipulation through APIs—unlocking infinite possibilities for our users and partners.
