**Job Title:** Engineering Science Leader

We are seeking an exceptional individual to drive our regional business strategy and lead our engineering science division. As a senior business leader, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing the division's business plan, representing our organization in senior executive and client settings.

About the Role
  • Responsible for operational efficiency and proactive overhead cost management within the engineering science division.
  • Works in partnership with relevant Regional Director, Group Market Strategy, and Regional Client Operations Manager to achieve forecast revenue through a differentiated offering and enhanced client experiences.
About You

The ideal candidate will be a thought leader with strong connections in the engineering, legal, and insurance sectors. Proven experience in leading medium-to-large operations and inspiring teams is essential, as is the ability to foster positive client relationships and promote collaboration across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Strategy and General Management: Responsible for formulation and implementation of the Engineering Science regional business plan, representing us in senior executive and client settings predominantly when related to engineering science expertise and offerings, and accountability for the financial performance of projects in the Engineering Science division.
  2. Client Relationships and Winning Work: Works in partnership with relevant Regional Director, Group Market Strategy, and Regional Client Operations Manager to achieve forecast revenue through a differentiated offering and enhanced client experiences.
  3. People Management: Accountable for development of a strong leadership team to drive performance, for leading, nurturing, and growing a high-performing team, and for coordination between and across offices and disciplines within the Engineering Science division and beyond.
