Job Overview
">The role of Client Solutions Consultant is pivotal in our Contact Centre Team, serving as the initial point of contact for clients and connecting them to our customer service delivery model.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Providing exceptional customer service by answering calls and assisting clients to minimize phone traffic to sites
- Achieving a high level of productivity by handling at least 60 calls per day
- Liaising with various team members and sites to ensure seamless communication
- Documenting and filing information accurately in our systems
- Offering advocacy and providing information about our services and connecting clients with the wider community
Requirements:
">- Exceptional customer focus with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and build rapport
- Provision of helpful solutions with a friendly demeanor
- High motivation and drive to achieve customer service requirements and targets
- Sound telecommunication skills
- Experience keying and sourcing data into and from databases
- Willingness to work in a structured environment with clear guidelines and procedures
- Ability to obtain a satisfactory Police Clearance and Working with Children's Check
