Employer Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated professional to assume the role of Employer Engagement Specialist. This position involves building and maintaining relationships with employers and community networks to secure employment opportunities for clients.
Your approach will enable effective management of employer expectations and foster strong partnerships. You will work closely with clients to provide tailored services, including resume development, interview preparation, and connection to allied health services and training opportunities.
You will also collaborate with employer partners to support them in accessing the full talent pool of job-ready candidates, promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
- Engage with and develop employer and community networks to secure employment opportunities;
- Manage a caseload of clients, demonstrating empathy and compassion;
- Provide advocacy and information about our services, connecting clients and the wider community;
- Work in an energetic environment and embrace challenges;
