Job Opportunity

This is a high-level leadership role with a national company, poised for rapid growth in the tech and financial services sectors.

We are seeking an experienced executive to lead teams across Customer Service, Operations, and Support.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational efficiencies, team alignment, and superior customer experiences.

The Role:

  • Lead and manage teams spanning Ops, Ops Support, and Service, reporting directly to the CEO.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies and policies to support business objectives.
  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Create operational systems that scale to deliver exceptional customer service and reduce costs.
    • Motivate and inspire teams to achieve their full potential.
    • Ensure regulatory compliance is integrated into operations.
    • Collaborate with other departments to align operational processes and identify key risks.
    • Assess service quality and identify areas for improvement.

  • You are a seasoned leader with experience as a COO in fintech.
  • You have excellent multitasking and organisational abilities, with a track record of delivering results under pressure.
  • You are passionate about disruption and innovation, with experience leading and building out operations teams.
  • You have strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management expertise.
  • You are a results-driven leader who can advise and communicate complex issues effectively.
