HR Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team on the Sunshine Coast. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our QLD workforce.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with management, employees, and stakeholders to provide practical HR advice
  • Manage employee relations and performance management issues
  • Lead employee engagement projects
  • Support leaders through all aspects of HR business processes
  • Perform HR administration and reporting tasks
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an autonomous HR Professional to work in a larger HR Team. If you have previous experience as a generalist HR advisor or business partner in a medium to large organisation, we encourage you to apply.

  • Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a generalist HR advisor or business partner in a medium to large organisation
  • Industry experience in Heavy Industry, Transport, Logistics, or Manufacturing is preferred
  • Tertiary qualifications in the HR field
  • A good understanding of the Fair Work Act and Awards/Enterprise Agreements
  • The ability to liaise and influence quickly with key stakeholders
