Role Overview
As Capital Works Planning Manager, you will lead a team providing strategic advice on prioritising and justifying capital works programs. You will be accountable for developing and approving water and sewerage capital works programs, interfacing with Executive Leadership Team and senior Managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate sustainable and timely planning and design of capital works programs.
- Lead annual capital works budget submission process, prioritising projects and justifying expenditure.
- Develop programs of capital works based on schedules provided by Network Planning and Emerging Communities sections and capital project submissions.
Requirements

- Extensive experience in utilities development management and asset planning, with an Engineering degree.
- Experience leading Engineers and Project Managers in planning and designing water supply and sewerage network infrastructure.
- Significant experience compiling, prioritising, and justifying capital works programs.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience consulting at Executive level.
