As a key player in our Water group, you will contribute to the success of various projects across South-East Queensland and beyond. You will work closely with our diverse network of 400+ water specialists, ensuring the best outcomes are achieved through collaboration and expertise.

The role offers exciting opportunities for experienced Civil Engineers to join our thriving team in either Brisbane or Gold Coast offices. You will be part of a healthy workload focused on water supply and sewerage schemes with key water authorities in South-East Queensland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional engineering skills in the areas of water and sewerage infrastructure across both network and treatment assets.
  • Lead project teams, including mentoring graduates and working collaboratively with local clients and colleagues.
  • Perform civil engineering tasks, such as design drawings, calculations, and reports, to support water infrastructure projects.
  • Assist with developing and managing project scope, including cost estimates, budget, staffing, and schedule.
  • Partner with diverse client base from local government, industry, and private development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering – Civil or Environmental Engineering or equivalent.
  • Chartership/RPEQ or working towards is highly regarded.
  • Relevant professional experience in engineering and consulting within the water industry.
  • Strong technical experience in potable water supply, gravity and pumped sewerage systems, and recycled water networks.
  • Experience in water and wastewater treatment plants for regional and urban water authorities (highly desirable but not essential).
