About the Role

Gather Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to Principal Consultant to join our client's team in Townsville. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to clients across various industries, including Mining & Resources, Infrastructure, Defense, Government, and Agriculture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical advice and support to clients on groundwater and environmental services
  • Develop and implement project plans to meet client needs and expectations
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality services and projects
  • Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Hydrogeology, Geology, Geochemistry, or Groundwater Modelling
  • 8-25 years of experience in a consulting environment, with a strong background in groundwater and environmental services
  • Project management skills and ability to deliver technical work to a high standard
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with relevant software, such as Modflow, FEFLOW, PhreeqC, or Geochemist's Workbench
