Automotive Sales Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced automotive sales professional to lead our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Train and onboard new sales staff, providing guidance and support to help them succeed.
  • Monitor sales performance and productivity, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Requirements:

  • Prior Automotive Sales Management experience is essential; ideally with Honda experience.
  • A proven track record of success in automotive sales.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Knowledge of automotive sales processes, techniques, and best practices.
