The aim of this position is to deliver high-quality basic physician training in NSW, ensuring sustainability, transparency, and compliance with Royal Australian College of Physicians (RACP) training requirements and clinical service needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing pastoral care to trainees throughout their program
  • Fostering relationships with JMO Units and stakeholders
  • Ensuring routine and regular liaison with trainees and senior medical officers

Requirements for success in this role include:

  • Able to work independently and undertake diverse tasks
  • Familiarity with public health or medical education system in NSW
  • Ability to work as an effective team member in high-pressure environments
