**Customer Service Officer Role Opportunity**
We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team for a short-term assignment. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, resolving member complaints, and processing claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with product/membership knowledge and pricing
- Resolve member complaints
- Process claims, ensuring all necessary information is taken
- Act as the customer's first point of contact and provide exceptional customer service
- Acknowledge receipt of claims and service enquiries
- Task allocation for new business and renewals
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers
Requirements:
- Candidate must have customer service experience in a call centre or membership service environment
- Insurance experience is highly desirable but not essential
- Experience using a variety of software and computer systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to manage multiple tasks within set timeframes and meet deadlines
Additional Information:
