Experienced Paint Finishing Leader Wanted

Key Responsibilities:
- Match and mix paint to achieve a precise colour match for customers.
- Maintain the paint mixing room and colour swatches.
- Lead a team to achieve daily goals.
This is a critical position that requires an individual with exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Paint Team Lead who can deliver high-quality paint finishes and contribute to our business' success.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in vehicle repair, specifically in Vehicle Spray Painting or Colour Mixing, and be willing to learn and adapt to new ideas.
The role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities and a customer-centric approach. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional results and leading a team, we would love to hear from you
