About the Role

The team responsible for getting online orders selected and packed in-store by a team of Personal Shoppers. Orders are then picked up as part of our click and collect / concierge service or delivered to customers in delivery vans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team approach to meeting sales targets, cost control, and rostering needs.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management.
