Job Title: Online Duty Manager

This is a key role in our business, where you will be responsible for leading a team of personal shoppers to select and pack online orders in-store. The selected orders are then picked up by customers as part of our click and collect/concierge service or delivered to their homes in our delivery vans.

You will report directly to the Online Department Manager and be fully accountable for the online department. You will take pride in contributing to a customer experience that is welcoming and inspiring for everyone involved.

We are looking for leaders with retail experience who can coach and develop their teams. If you are flexible with your working hours and passionate about delivering excellent customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of personal shoppers to select and pack online orders in-store.
  • Report directly to the Online Department Manager and be fully accountable for the online department.
  • Contribute to a customer experience that is welcoming and inspiring for everyone involved.
  • Couch and develop teams to meet sales targets and control costs.
Requirements:
  • Leadership experience in retail.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including afternoons and evenings.
  • Understanding of high standards of visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management.
  • Customer-obsessed and always looking for ways to improve our services.
  • Able to drive a one-team culture that celebrates success.
