Our team is looking for a skilled professional to fill the role of Geotechnical/Tailings Engineer. This position involves designing civil/geotechnical/tailings dams, performing geotechnical analyses using various software packages, and understanding tailing deposition modeling. The ideal candidate will have experience in geotechnical and environmental site characterization, development and management of instrumentation monitoring systems, project management, and proposal support. Additionally, they should be proficient in creating reports, design calculations, drawings, and specifications.To succeed in this role, applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree in civil or geotechnical engineering, with an advanced degree being preferred. Professional registration is also highly desirable. A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with 10+ years being preferred, is required.
