Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Geotechnical Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to work on a wide range of projects, including major infrastructure developments and geotechnical investigations.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in geology, engineering, or a related field, with minimum 5 years of experience in geotechnical site investigation and interpretation. They will be responsible for undertaking geological and geotechnical investigations, developing ground models, and providing specialist advice on ground conditions, risks, and solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to integrate geotechnical expertise into broader project delivery. You will also contribute to the preparation of high-quality geotechnical reports for clients across the private sector and government.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years (Senior) / 10 years (Principal) of proven experience in geotechnical site investigation, geotechnical interpretation for civil infrastructure projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret and model geological data effectively for infrastructure design and construction
  • Proficiency in geotechnical investigation and interpretation software such as OpenGround, Leapfrog, GIS and CAD software
