We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional to provide high-quality care in an aged care setting.
Job Summary:This is a unique opportunity for a registered nurse to make a real difference in the lives of our residents, delivering person-centered care that prioritizes their safety, comfort, and dignity.
Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality care to residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and dignity at all times.
- Monitor and assess resident health, administering medications and treatments as required, while maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure best practice care, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance resident outcomes.
- Support and educate families and staff on care-related matters, fostering open communication and collaboration.
- A current registration as a registered nurse with the relevant regulatory body.
- Previous experience in an aged care setting is preferred but not essential.
- A 2024 Influenza Vaccine Record and Australian Police Check (or willingness to undergo one).
- Full working rights in Australia.
