Aged Care Nursing Professional

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Aged Care Registered Nurse to join our team in Mackay, Queensland.
About the Role- This is an excellent opportunity for a registered nurse who is passionate about delivering person-centred care in a well-established aged care provider.
- Conduct thorough assessments of residents' health needs and develop individualised care plans in consultation with the care team.
- Provide high-quality clinical care, including administering medications, wound management, and promoting resident independence.
- Liaise with internal and external healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure smooth transitions between services.
- Support workforce management by mentoring staff and students, and contribute to business planning and risk management initiatives.
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- CPR certification and driver's licence.
- Experience in aged care or similar clinical settings.
- Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and team leadership skills.
- Competency in electronic documentation and Microsoft Office suite.
