Trust Administrator Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to fill the role of Trust Administrator.

  • This is a newly created position within our dynamic team, where you will be responsible for providing sales trust support to our Sales and Rental Team.

About You

To excel in this position, you should have experience working in real estate as a bookkeeper or a trust accounts administrator.

  • You should be comfortable working to deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Your Typical Responsibilities

  • Daily bank reconciliations for sales and rental trust accounts
  • Liaising with vendors to ensure accuracy in account details
  • Following up on marketing payments from the Admin Team
  • Processing marketing refunds and deposits when required
  • Ability to interpret data and identify data anomalies within our systems
  • Maintain Excel spreadsheets and end of month reporting
  • Support Sales and Rental team ensuring accounts and trusts balance
