Trust Administrator Role Overview

This is a newly created position for a trust administrator to provide sales trust support to the sales and rental team.

The organization seeks a highly organized and outgoing trust administrator with experience working in real estate as a bookkeeper or trust accounts administrator.

  • You have experience working in real estate and are comfortable working to deadlines and prioritizing tasks.

Responsibilities include daily reconciliation of end-of-month statements, managing queries autonomously, effectively, and efficiently, and working effectively within a team environment or independently.

  • Key requirements include strong communication skills – verbal and written, knowledge of Xero and Agent Box CRM, exceptional time management and organizational skills, initiative, problem-solving superpowers, and a can-do attitude.
About This Role

This role requires a trust administrator with excellent communication skills, the ability to work autonomously, and experience using Xero and Agent Box CRM.
