Imagine managing a small but dedicated team and overseeing a portfolio of high-quality commercial properties. We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our property management business.

The Role

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the day-to-day management of our commercial portfolio (30–40 assets)
  • Managing and mentoring a small team of property managers and a trust accountant
  • Overseeing lease administration, tenant relationships, and maintenance coordination
  • Driving operational efficiency and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Acting as a key point of contact for owners, delivering exceptional service and strategic advice
About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience in commercial property management (leadership or senior PM role)
  • Strong knowledge of property legislation, leases, and trust accounting principles
  • Leadership skills with the ability to guide, mentor, and develop a small team
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail
