You will lead the development of integrated solutions for brands that position our organization uniquely in the market.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading responses to briefs, setting a strategic direction that inspires creative concepts
  • Collaborating with branded content specialists to nurture ideas aligned with brand strategy
  • Working with sales managers to identify and nurture new business prospects
  • Acting as quality control for your team, ensuring high standards in product quality
  • Positioning our organization as a leader in connecting with women, utilizing insights to enhance commercial communications
  • Oversight of campaign execution to ensure alignment with core creative strategies and client objectives
  • Growing and maintaining relationships with clients

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in a strategic role within a media agency, publisher, or platform
  • Strong leadership skills with 3+ years of experience managing others
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Sound analytical, innovative, and strategic thinking abilities
