Job Overview

This role entails managing and administering the financial management systems, ensuring system integrity and business continuity.

  • Implement and configure new or upgraded functions of the financial management system.
  • Administer the Technology One Core Enterprise Suite (Financials), including ECR and SCM.
  • Maintain the integrity of financial transactions and manage chart configurations, user roles, and access controls.
  • Provide system support, troubleshooting, and resolving system bugs and glitches.
  • Oversee End-of-Month and End-of-Financial-Year system rollovers.
  • Collaborate on system enhancements, developing ETL processes, and configuring reports.
  • Review and respond to Jira ticketing system queries.
  • Develop and maintain operational documentation.
  • Design and implement internal system controls.
About You
  • Experience in managing and administering financial management systems, particularly Technology One Financials.
  • Proven technical and user support skills.
  • Leadership and project management experience.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
  • Degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Desirable: Experience with Technology One Financials in a medium to large organization.
