Senior Financial Planning Specialist

**Job Summary**:

We are seeking a seasoned financial planning specialist to drive strategic initiatives and support the team in achieving overall department goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop in-depth knowledge of financial reporting and general ledger structure to provide expert guidance to the team.

- Collaborate with the Finance Manager to execute daily activities and contribute to the team's success.

- Lead budget and forecasting efforts to ensure accurate and timely delivery of results.

- Partner with senior management to support decision-making through data analysis and insights.

- Analyze department work processes to identify areas for improvement and implement efficient solutions.

- Respond to inquiries from senior management regarding financial performance and special reporting requests.

- Manage preparation of monthly analysis, providing actionable recommendations to mitigate risks.

- Work closely with Sales and Marketing Team to determine financial results and projected performance.

- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and develop strategies to implement changes.

- Ensure a seamless year-end audit process by collaborating with the Finance Manager.

**Ideal Candidate Profile**:

- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.

- CA/CPA designation or equivalent accounting certification.

- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in SAP and BW software systems.

- Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Self-motivated and performance-driven individual with a positive attitude.

- Ability to work independently and lead teams effectively.

- Flexible and adaptable in handling various requirements from users and senior management.
