We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Depot Manager to join our team in Petersham, Sydney. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our depot and delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about guest service and has a strong background in logistics and operations management. As the face of Indie Campers in Petersham, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the depot, including fleet maintenance, customer reservations, and issue resolution.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will also have experience in tourism, hospitality, retail, or rent-a-car industries, and be eligible to work in Australia with a valid driver's license.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the depot, including staff supervision and training;
  • Maintain the fleet of campervans to ensure they are in top condition;
  • Handle customer reservations, check-ins, and check-outs;
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally;
  • Assist in reselling campervans and preparing them for sale;
