Contract Administrator

A client-side Contract Administrator with a background in construction is sought to join the team. The ideal candidate will work across retail projects, including new developments, shopping centers, upgraded facilities, and heavy refurbishments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and manage project contracts, ensuring compliance and accuracy
  • Track and maintain cost reports, forecasts, and budget control measures
  • Support Development Managers in the delivery of multiple projects across various sectors
  • Prepare high-quality reports for Project Control Group (PCG) meetings
  • Liaise with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Contract Administrator, ideally with a builder or construction contractor
  • Strong understanding of contract terms, variations, and claims management
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
