Music Program Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to coordinate our community programs.
About the Role- Coordinate classes, events, and lessons while providing administrative support for our programs.
- Promote our programs to reach a wider audience.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Administer short courses, workshops, and music lessons for children, students, musicians, music educators, and the community at large.
- Promote our programs through various channels.
- Handle inquiries from staff, students, visitors, and the public effectively.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cultural events.
- An ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience in handling inquiries.
- Advanced computer skills, including database management, Microsoft Office, Adobe Suites, and CMS website management systems.
- A music-related tertiary qualification or relevant experience in a community, performing arts, or adult education environment.
