About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Music Programming Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for project managing contemporary music performances from start to finish.

This includes generating budgets and financial models, negotiating contracts and arrangements with external parties, and liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth event delivery.

The ideal candidate will have extensive operational experience in live events, as well as strong entrepreneurial skills, commercial acumen, and leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project manage contemporary music performances, including budgeting and financial modeling
  • Negotiate contracts and arrangements with external tour managers and production teams
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure successful event delivery
  • Manage multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines

Requirements

  • Previous experience in managing artist logistics and operational event delivery
  • 3-5 years of experience in delivering live events, developing projects and programs, and financial planning
  • Familiarity with established music venues and festivals
  • Strong understanding of the local, national, and international music industry
