Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and oversee curriculum programs that empower teachers to deliver creative, tailored learning experiences.
  • Coach and mentor staff to develop teaching excellence and create outstanding outcomes.
  • Understand the unique needs of students with Language Disorders and co-occurring difficulties, ensuring effective curriculum and teaching approaches.
  • Lead and advocate for both students' academic success and employee excellence.
  • Cultivate a positive, growth-focused culture among staff, committed to ongoing professional development and improvement.
