Senior Property and Contracts Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to lead our Property and Procurement services team.
The successful candidate will oversee the management and administration of properties, including leases, licences, sales, and land swaps. They will also lead the delivery of procurement, contract formation and management functions, ensuring efficiency, legislative compliance, and a strong customer focus.
This is a key leadership role that requires technical expertise in property transactions, leasing, and contract management. The ideal candidate will have:
- A tertiary qualification in Law or a related field;
- Demonstrated expertise in property transactions, leasing, and contract management;
- Strong legal drafting and negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues;
- Proven experience leading teams, managing performance, and supporting professional development;
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
