Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Property and Procurement services team.

The successful candidate will oversee the management and administration of properties, including leases, licences, sales, and land swaps. They will also lead the delivery of procurement, contract formation and management functions, ensuring efficiency, legislative compliance, and a strong customer focus.

  • Oversee property management and administration, including lease agreements and contracts.
  • Lead the delivery of procurement, contract formation and management functions.
  • Provide expert advice on property, land and legal issues.
  • Implement business strategies and prepare reports for stakeholders.
  • Review and enact local laws, investigate compliance issues, and prepare complex legal reports.
  • Lead and mentor a small team, fostering collaboration, development, and excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Law and/or at least 3 years' leadership experience in property management or a legal-related field. They will have demonstrated expertise in property transactions, leasing, and contract management, as well as strong legal drafting and negotiation skills.
