This is a unique opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our team as an Operations Support Officer. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to the Audit Operations team, responsible for monitoring and assessing approved providers' compliance with regulatory standards.
The Operations Support Officer - Audit will work closely with the Operations Manager – Audit and other operations teams within the Audit sections and Regulatory Operations Division. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating scheduling and logistical arrangements for audit-related activities
- Entering, managing, and sharing regulatory information accurately within Commission systems
- Maintaining accurate and timely records, including filing and version control
- Applying sound administrative practices to maintain data integrity and support internal reporting
- Responding to routine enquiries from stakeholders and escalating complex queries
- Undertaking a range of administrative tasks, including email correspondence management and calendar coordination
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate experience in operations, administrative management, and/or project or service delivery roles within a defined framework to support the delivery of outcomes.
