Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop scalable, secure, and efficient features that enhance the app's performance and user experience. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Troubleshoot and debug to optimize the app's functionality and performance. • Ensure compliance with industry standards, NDIS requirements, and company policies throughout the development process. • Conduct testing and identify opportunities for improvement, working closely with QA to ensure high-quality deliverables. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, proposing new technologies or methods to improve the app. Requirements: • Proven experience in app development (iOS, Android, or cross-platform development like Flutter or React Native). • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Swift, Kotlin, or Dart. • Experience with API integration and third-party services. • Solid understanding of UI/UX principles to build intuitive, user-friendly apps. • Familiarity with database management and back-end integration (e.g., Firebase, SQL). • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code. • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. • Knowledge of security protocols and best practices in app development. • Experience with cross-platform development using tools like Flutter or React Native. • Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform. • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile teams. • Previous experience working on NDIS-related platforms or similar regulated environments. • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for app deployment and maintenance. • Experience with Firebase for app authentication, databases, and real-time data. • Certifications in Mobile App Development or related fields. • Experience with UI/UX design tools like Figma or Sketch. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience. • Familiarity with App Store and Google Play Store submission processes. • A passion for accessibility and building inclusive apps.
