Job Title: Product Manager - Craniomaxillofacial Portfolio

At Stryker Australia Pty Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the growth of our Craniomaxillofacial portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive profitability, brand leadership, and market share growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for existing and new products, including product promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and lifecycle management.
  • Develop educational events, such as workshops and roadshows, to educate healthcare professionals about surgical safety.
  • Monitor market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify marketing opportunities supported by data analytics.
  • Act as a resource to the sales force, providing leadership, technical support, product training, problem-solving, sales effectiveness, and dissemination of market information.
  • Build strong customer relationships across multiple stakeholders within the industry and effectively communicate clinical and technical information to hospital executives, nurses, educators, and surgeon faculty.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership, negotiation, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
  • Previous experience and success in product management and launching new products.
  • Analytical skills and ability to interpret technical, clinical, and marketing data relating to product portfolio and/or industry.
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, scientific, biological, biomedical, or engineering.
  • Computer literacy, including graphics, spreadsheets, databases, and digital marketing.
