About the Role

A Senior Finance Analyst position has become available in our growing Finance team at Stryker Australia Pty Ltd. This role will add value to our Operations division by utilizing data-based insights and modeling to maximize financial outcomes through effective compensation forecasting and labor optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effective finance business partnering with Divisional Operations Leaders and local Finance teams to add value and insight
  • Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • P&L control, analysis, and insight
  • Ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making and provide insight
  • Analyze the impact (financial and non-financial) of actions taken within the Operations Divisions, communicating results to the Commercial Manager
  • Help drive collaboration efforts between Sales, Finance, and Operations, facilitating improved communication and collaboration, driving cost-saving initiatives
  • Support the wider SSP business through knowledge sharing and financial acumen communication

What You Need

  • Bachelor's degree in finance-related topic
  • CPA or CA qualified
  • Strong experience in business partnering
  • Pricing experience, including reviewing, analyzing, and providing pricing recommendations to drive margin improvement
  • Teamwork
  • Proven track record of influencing change and making things happen
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and get things done
  • Desire to impact, influence, add value, and do significant work
