You will facilitate constructive conflict resolution within and outside the chapter, providing strategic leadership and management, including onboarding, hiring, skill building, career development, coaching, performance evaluation, and individual and team engagement for chapter members.

The ideal candidate has extensive technical expertise across product, tooling, and people leadership, with experience in Identity Access Management (IAM), specifically Customer Identity Access Management. They should be proficient in implementing Ping Authorisation and guiding technical strategy across complex organisations.

Additionally, they possess expertise in Ping Ecosystem, specifically Ping Authorisation implementation or similar, as well as experience in API integration logic, rules, and policy. Furthermore, they have an impressive record of people management, worked on large-scale deployments in complex technology environments, and can effectively communicate business value through visualisation tools and data points.
