Executive Leader for Frontline Operations

This is a key leadership role that involves leading and delivering complex programs of work to support strategic business requirements across multiple business areas.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing and overseeing priorities and strategies in their work area. They will also critically analyse data and information to provide high-level advice to senior management and stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will need to develop a passionate and productive workforce. You will transform corporate vision into operational excellence through continuous improvement and an adaptable mentality.

This will involve collaboration with business partners and senior leadership to equip staff to deliver a positive, professional and progressive service to the community.

This role may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in various locations around Australia.
