Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Leader to spearhead our aged care and community programs. As a visionary leader, you will drive strategic growth, operational excellence, and financial performance in these portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic priorities aligned with our mission.
  • Drive transformational change and service innovation.
  • Identify new market opportunities and partnerships.
  • Lead high-quality, client-centred service delivery across aged care and community programs.
  • Mentor operational managers across clinical and community teams.
  • Champion continuous improvement and clinical governance.
  • Ensure financial sustainability and growth.
Requirements
  • Senior executive experience in aged care, health, or human services within complex organisations.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience managing large budgets and contracts.
  • Deep understanding of the Australian aged care and community care landscape.
  • Proven leadership in transformation and culture-building.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
