This is a part-time role until 30 June 2026 and is based in Albany.

  • Deliver person-centred financial education and support
  • Help clients build financial capability and offer practical tools
  • Facilitate warm referrals to internal and external services
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience working with marginalised and disadvantaged groups
  • Well-developed understanding of financial literacy and resilience
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to communicate with and respond to cultural sensitivities required by our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and Culturally and Linguistically Diverse clients
  • Well-developed computer skills (MS Word, MS Outlook, client management system)
  • Certificate III in Community Services Work (desirable)
