Agribusiness Logistics Graduate Role

- Develop expertise in stock management, waste grain processes, and inventory reporting.
- Pursue practical experience in plant operations, shipping, grain handling, and road and rail logistics.
- Assist with production planning, scheduling, container packing updates, and daily coordination tasks.
- Undergo training in grain classification, food safety systems, and support quality investigations and audits.
- Cultivate customer order management skills through direct exposure to customer service and order fulfilment processes.
- Rotating across multiple sites, providing leave cover, and supporting a range of operational and administrative tasks.
To be eligible for this program, you must hold a degree in agricultural science or other relevant discipline within the last 12 months.
- Possess sound knowledge of technology to support business operations.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Show ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrate willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
