Your role

Responsibilities

  • Developing expertise in SIMS stock management, stocktakes, waste grain processes, and inventory reporting.
  • Gaining practical experience in plant operations, shipping, grain handling, and road and rail logistics.
  • Assisting with production planning, rail scheduling, container packing updates, and daily coordination tasks.
  • Undergoing training in grain classification, food safety systems, and supporting quality investigations and audits.
  • Learning customer order management through direct exposure to customer service and order fulfilment processes.
  • Rotating across multiple sites, providing leave cover, and supporting a range of operational and administrative tasks.
  • Working alongside industry experts and contributing from day one to operational logistics and related functions.
About you

Qualifications

  • Completion of a degree in agricultural science or other relevant discipline in the last 12 months.
  • Sound knowledge of technology to support business and delivery of role.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
