This exciting opportunity is part of our Regional & Agribusiness Graduate Program, designed to equip recent graduates with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in a rapidly evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake a 4-month rotational program to develop critical skills in regional and agribusiness banking
  • Work closely with high-performing agribusiness and business bankers to drive customer satisfaction and growth
  • Participate in industry learning and ongoing skill development to stay ahead of the curve
  • Have opportunities to connect with past Alumni Grads and foster mentoring relationships
  • Gain exposure supporting our customers and communities through community and customer engagement programs
Requirements:
  • Proven customer service skills and a passion for regional business and agribusiness
  • Effective relationship management skills with a focus on building strong partnerships
  • Prior working experience in a service environment would be advantageous

Eligibility:
  • Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or be an Australian Permanent Resident at the time of applying
  • Have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree or be due to complete it by the commencement of the program
  • Be willing to relocate to a regional location for either the 4-month program or your first permanent role outside of the program
  • Commit and be available to commence full-time employment in January 2026
